How do I create schedules?
To create schedules:
- Upload a Friends file with teacher data
- Upload a Students file with student data
- Upload Roster file with scheduling data
Upload a Friends file with teacher data:
- Navigate to the Friends area

- Choose "Find someone who is already my friend" from the drop-down menu.

- Click the "Download list" button to download a template

- Fill in the fields below the headers

- Use the following table to fill out the file

- Save your file as a .csv file
- Rename the file with a .FRD extension, take away the .CSV
- Click on "Profile" at the top of the screen

- Click the "Upload a File" button at the bottom left

- You will receive an email letting you know the status of the upload and any issues with it
- IMPORTANT - You must upload an error-free Friends (.FRD) file before uploading a Students (.STU) file or Roster file (.ROSTER).

- Navigate to the Records area

- Click the "Download List" button to download a template.

Navigate to the Schedules area

- Click the download button (arrows pointing down) to download a template

- Fill in the fields below the headers

- Use the following table to fill out the file

- Save your file as a .csv file

Rename the file with a .ROSTER extension, take away the .CSV

Click on "Profile" at the top of the screen

- Click the "Upload a File" button at the bottom left

- An email will be sent to you after the file is uploaded, if you have errors see this page for help on correcting them.
Tips & Tricks
- To make small changes, click on the corresponding button to add/delete a student from a class
- To make big changes, click the download button, make the changes, then click the upload button to upload your updated .Roster file.
