The e-mailed error message says "The window for this test is closed, no scans can be run against this test." Any way around this? How can a teacher insure that that test continues to be available for a long period of time?
The author of the test can adjust the testing window by going to the test’s report page and adjusting the dates for the test in the “details” area and then clicking “save”. Once the window is adjusted, re-send in the scansheets and they’ll be graded.
